Why Affirmations Don't Work

Today I have a very special guest with me, Rex Steven Sikes.

Rex has four decades experience helping thousands of people transform their minds and lives. His innovations include Mind Design™ He is a Master Trainer of NLP and the Law of Attraction and is founder of IDEA Seminars.

Some people use affirmations and say that they do work. While others say affirmations do not work.

In this podcast, Rex is addressing why they don't work for those people who don't seem to be able to make them work.

There are ways to make them work easier, better, and more efficiently. In this enlightening discussion, Rex is going to share how Thoughts are Things and What we Focus on is What we end up creating.

Rex explains that our conscious mind is only a tiny part of our being, which is good for certain things.

Our subconscious mind is all the rest and it's great for other things. Our unconscious mind takes care of us and protects us. And therefore there is no such thing as "self-sabotage."
